斧标驱风油中主要成分的气相色谱法测定

摘　　要：目的:用气相色谱法对斧标驱风油中主要成分樟脑,薄荷脑以及水杨酸甲酯的含量进行测定。方法:用HP-5MS 气相色谱柱;采用程序升温法,起始温度为100℃,终止温度180℃;采用 FID 检测器,检测器温度为200℃。结果:用气相色谱法测定樟脑、薄荷脑以及水杨酸甲酯的分离度和线性关系良好,回收率分别为:樟脑98.53%,RSD=2.15%;薄荷脑98.22%,RSD=2.68%;水杨酸甲酯98.73%,RSD=2.02%。Objective： To establish a gas chromatography（GC） method for the determination of Camphor, menthol , methy salicylate in.Axe Brand Universal Oil .Methods： A HP - 5MS column （30m× 0.32 mm） ; column temperature raises by programming, with origination temperature at 100℃, finish temperature is 180 ℃ ; FID; the detector temperature is 200℃ . Results： Camphor, menthol and methy salicylate have been separated well under chromatographic condition. The average recovery of is 98.53 % , 98.22% , 98.73% and all RSD less than 3%.
