摘　　要：文章从交易费用理论、资产专用性、委托—代理理论、新制度经济学的不同方面与层面对高等教育资助相关的前沿研究进行重构及综述,为教育经济学理论与实践出现差距的原因提供一种可能的解释。This article is based on the New Institutional Economics theories, and tries to interpret the problems of the higher education assistance system from different aspects as Transaction Cost Theory, Asset Ownership, the Principal- Agent Theory and then makes a summary.
