生脉液、脉络宁及两药合并静脉滴注对麻醉犬脑循环的影响  

Effects of Shengmai Injection, Mailuoning Injection and the Mixture of Shengmai Injection and Mailuoning Injection on Cerebral Circulation in Anesthetized Dogs

摘　　要：观察了生脉液、脉络宁及两药合并静脉滴注对麻醉犬脑循环的影响。结果表明，生脉液（０．４ｇ／ｋｇ，ｉｖ）、脉络宁（５．５ｇ／ｋｇ，ｉｖ）及两药合并（生脉液０．４ｇ／ｋｇ＋脉络宁５．５ｇ／ｋｇ，ｉｖ）均能增加麻醉犬脑血流量，降低脑血管阻力，合并用药组效果优于单用组。各给药组均有明显的降低血压、减慢心率的作用，随着血压降低，脑血流量亦很快下降，但降低脑血管阻力的作用维持较久。The effects of Shengmai Injection(Sheng), Mailuoning injection(Mai) and the solution mixed with Sheng and Mai(Sheng+Mai) on cerebral circulation were investigated in anesthetized dogs using the method of electromagnetic flow meter Sheng(0 4 g/kg, iv), Mai(5 5 g/kg, iv) and Sheng+Mai(Sheng 0 4 g/kg+Mai 5 5 g/kg, iv) significantly increased cerebral blood flow(CBF) and decreased cerebrovascular resistance(CVR) The effects of Sheng+Mai group were better than those of individuals The three groups resulted in obvious reduction of blood pressure(BP) and heart rate, with the reduction of BP, CBF decreased, while the reducing effect of CVR lasting longer
