摘　　要：高效液相色谱法测定罗红霉素胶囊剂的溶出度收稿日期１９９６－１２－２０姜晓群张钧寿邢久东１（中国药科大学药剂学教研室；１药物分析教研室，南京２１０００９）关键词罗红霉素；ＨＰＬＣ；溶出度罗红霉素是法国Ｒｏｕｓｓｅｌ公司研制开发的１４元大环内酯类抗生素［...A HPLC method was established for the determination of dissolution of roxithromycin capsules The method utilized an ODS column,NH 4H 2PO 4 (0 01 mol/L) CH 3CN H 2O(2∶2∶1) as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1 0 ml/min, and 215 nm as detective wavelength The standard curve showed a lineality with the range of 0 025～0 4 mg/ml The recovery of method was over 98% An Intra day and Inter day RSD were 3 12% and 2 13%( n =6), respectively This method was more simple, sensitive, reproducible than spectrophotometry
