摘　　要：高效液相色谱法测定注射用盐酸表阿霉素的含量收稿日期１９９７－０２－２０蔡美明周帼雄殷璐（江苏省药品检验所，南京２１０００８）关键词盐酸表阿霉素；注射用盐酸表阿霉素；ＨＰＬＣ；含量测定表阿霉素（ｅｐｉｒｕｂｉｃｉｎ）属第三代蒽环类抗肿瘤抗生素，是阿霉素...An analytical method of HPLC has been developed to assay epirubicin hydrochloride for injection(the contained methyl p hydroxybenzoate) and its stability result HPLC was performed on the Waters μBondapak TM C 18 column(3 9 mm×300 mm, 10 μm) with mobile phase of water acetonitrile(68∶32) (adjusted to pH 2 4 with 85% phosphoric acid) at 254 nm of detection wavelength The average recovery was 100 6%±1 1% The RSD of intraday and interday was 0.9% and 1 1% respectively The standard curve was linear over the concentration range of 0 00￣0 35 mg/ml( r =0 9999)
