无精子症精路造影21例分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨无精子症精路造影的诊断价值。材料与方法：２１例临床诊断为无精子症者，经皮穿刺精路造影，分析造影所见并与睾丸活检结果对照。结果：２１例精路造影中，输精管阻塞４例，缺如１例，精囊扩张及壶腹部不规整变细２例，精路通畅者１４例。１９例睾丸活检均有不同程度生精障碍。Objective: The aim is to discuss diagnostic value of deferentiovesiculography (DVG) in the azoospermia.Materials and Methods:Azoospermia proved by clinically in 21 cases, DVG was performed. DVG manifestations were analyzed and compared with testicular biopsy.Results:The DVG in 21 cases consist of: obstruction of vas deferens 4 cases, lack of vas deferens 1 case, seminal vesicle dilation and irregular stenosis of ampulla 2 cases, patency of the vas deferens 14 cases. The testicular biopsy in 19 cases, disturbances of spermatogenesis have been observed in all.Conclusion: DVG together with testicular biopsy is an important method on etiological diagnosis of azoospermia.
