摘　　要：唐钢炼铁厂北区新建180m2烧结机投产后,为了解烧结矿碱度的降低对烧结矿产质量的影响程度,对同一原料条件、不同碱度水平的烧结进行试验室研究。结果表明,在唐钢炼铁厂现有原料条件下,随着烧结矿碱度的降低,烧结矿质量呈下降趋势。新建180m2烧结机投产后,烧结矿的碱度应控制在1.85以上。Through the study of laboratory experiments on different sinter basicity, the results showed that under the condition of existing raw material in TANGGANG ironworks ,The output and quality of sinter were dropping as the drop of sinter basicity. The sinter basicity must be controlled over 1.85 after the 180m2 sintering machine commissions.
