摘  要:电压暂降因给高新技术产业用户造成巨大经济损失而越来越受到关注。为了研究配电网用户电压暂降事件的缓解措施,以某经济开发区电网为例,采用Monte-Carlo仿真法模型,基于EMTDC/PSCAD对配电网进行了多网络结构多运行方式的电压暂降随机预估。基于评估结果的分析对比,提出了缓解电压暂降的一系列措施建议、敏感用户接入系统原则和建设"电力优质微网"的概念,并验证了电力用户选择至少要能承受幅值70%的电压暂降的用电设备和电力公司在配电网规划设计以及运行上采用分片多电源开环供电方式是减少电压暂降事件发生的非常有效的措施。Voltage sags have become a new focus of power quality as they result in the greatest losses of revenue of end-users. Monte-Carlo method was utilized for the production of fault stochastic variables. Based on EMTDC/PSCAD simulation, voltage sag characteristics and SARFI indices at all point-of-common couplings were assessed for the economic development zone. Comparing the stochastic assessment results of voltage sags in distribution system with different operation modes and different net configures, some suggestions to mitigate voltage sags, the principle of sensitive-user access power system and the concept of high quality electricity mini-nets were presented. The most effective means of mitigation voltage sag events, the selection equipments which can ride through voltage sags with 70% magnitude for end-users and the separation distribution networks into several sectors with unattached power sources supply for power companies, were also validated.
