摘　　要：2007年,国家电网公司认真贯彻《关于"十一五"深化电力体制改革的实施意见,》努力推进三级电力市场体系建设,规范透明组织电力交易,积极提升市场服务水平,促进了电力资源在更大范围内的优化配置和节能减排,取得了一系列积极成效。结合国家电网公司2007年电力市场交易工作,介绍三级电力市场体系建设情况,总结分析电力交易的有关特点,提出了进一步推进电力市场体系建设的有关政策建议。State Grid Corporation of China （SGCC） earnestly puts into execution the ＂Implementation Opinions of Deepening ＇the 1 lth Five-Year Plan＇ on Structural Reform in Power Sector＂ and makes efforts to promote three-level power market system. Based on regulated and transparent power transactions, SGCC actively enhances service quality and strives for the optimal allocation of electric energy in a wider region. Meanwhile, great achievements have been made in emission reduction and energy saving. This paper briefly introduced three-level power market system with market transaction data in 2007, then summarized and analyzed the characteristics of power trading. Finally, suggestions on further development of power market were tentatively given.
