摘  要:针对我国目前600MW机组采用湿式石灰石-石膏法烟气脱硫工艺比例过高的情况,提出了在北方及内蒙古中、低硫煤地区600 MW机组采用旋转喷雾干燥法烟气脱硫工艺的可行性,通过对该技术工艺原理、在国外的技术应用研究及与湿式石灰石-石膏法烟气脱硫工艺技术经济性比较,说明了该工艺在欧美已经成为应用在大型机组的成熟工艺,同时对该工艺在我国作为600 MW机组烟气脱硫的主要工艺未来的使用进行了论证,研究结论将对我国未来火电厂烟气脱硫工艺的多元化技术发展起到促进作用。The Limestone-Gypsum wet FGD systems are utilized too much on 600 MW power units in China, for this, the feasibility to adopt the SDA FGD process on 600 MW power units in North China and Inner Mongolia where the middle-and-low-sulfur coal is burned. Several problems related to the SDA FGD process were analyzed, such as the principles, the application in foreign countries and the comparison with the Limestone-Gypsum wet FGD system. The result shows that the SDA FGD has been a mature process applied in large power units in Europe and America. Based on this, the future application of SDA FGD as main technology in domestic 600 MW power units was discussed. The results will greatly promote the pluralistic development of FGD technologies in the future.
