喘敷灵穴位敷贴防治儿童哮喘80例临床研究  

Clinical Study on the Effect of Acupoint Dressing Therapy with Chuanfuling Plaster for Preventing and Treating Bronchial Asthma of Children

摘　　要：目的观察中药喘敷灵穴位敷贴防治儿童支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效。方法将220例观察对象随机分组,分别于夏季、冬季运用中药喘敷灵穴位敷贴,观察预防组、对照组治疗前后哮喘发作次数、发作程度及血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgE、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)及白细胞介素4(IL-4)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平变化情况。结果中药喘敷灵穴位敷贴可减少哮喘发作次数、减轻哮喘发作程度,升高哮喘患儿IgA、IgG、IFN-γ水平,降低异常升高的IL-4、IgE和EOS(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论中药喘敷灵穴位敷贴防治儿童支气管哮喘疗效确切。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint dressing therapy with Chuanfuling Plaster for acute attack of bronchial asthma of children. Methods Totally 220 patients were randomized into treatment group and control group, and summer or winter application of Chinese medicine Chuanfuling Plaster at points was given respectively. Before and after treatment, the frequency and severity of asthma attack, and the changes of serum IgA, IgG, IgE, EOS, IL-4 and IFN 7 were observed for comparison. Results Chuanfuling Plaster for point application decreased the frequency and severity of asthma attack, increased IgA, IgG and IFN 7, and decreased IL-4, IgE and EOS（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Chuanfuling Plaster for point application is definitely effective in preventing the acute attack of bronchial asthma.
