摘 要:从分析模型和稳定两方面阐述了连续檩条在金属建筑系统中应用的可行性。对搭接模型和均匀连续梁模型的计算结果进行对比,证明采用均匀连续梁的分析模型可较为准确地描述连续搭接檩条的内力状况;而对于仅在檩条上翼缘附近设置拉条,竖向力作用下如何保证支座区受压下翼缘的稳定性在很大程度上影响着连续檩条在工程中的推广应用,因此对其进行了理论分析。分析结果表明连续檩条的稳定验算由风吸力作用下跨中下翼缘反弯点之间的受压区控制。同时提出了连续檩条连接节点的设计要点和构造要求。最后,给出一个连续檩条的工程实例,供设计人员参考。It is described the feasibility of the application of the continuous purlins in metal building system from the aspects of analytic model and stability. A detailed calculation results verified the moment and deflection of lapped connection beam is similar as that of continuous beam. So the continuous beam analytic model is suitable for analyzing roof purlins. However, how to guarantee the stability of the bearing compressed zone ~ithout the tension bar in bottom flange greatly affect the use of continuous purlins in project, theoretical analysis is carried out, It shows that the stability of continuous purlins is controlled by bottom flange in middle span within wind suction. The design outline of connection and the detailing requiments of continuous purlins are also proposed, Finally, a project of continuous purlins is presented.
