人工心脏永久起搏器治疗的病因学与电生理学分析

摘　　要：对200例首次安装心脏起搏器的患者进行了病因学和临床电生理学研究。结果提示,冠心病是导致过缓性心律失常而安装起搏器最主要的原因,安装起搏器的房室传导阻滞患者大多是希氏束内和希氏束下阻滞。对过缓性心律失常患者安装起搏器之前进行临床电生理检查有重要的实际价值。The etiology and electrophysiology in 200 patients with implantation of the pacemaker were ana- lyzed. The results showed that 69 patients with sick sinus syndrome and 131 with atrioventricular block were treated with pacemaker, and that coronary heart disease was the major cause of pacemaker implantation. Ninety-four cases of the 200 patients with implantation of the pacemaker underwent electro-physiological evaluations before the implantation. It was suggested that intra-and intra-his bundle block were important causes of pacemaker implantation in patients with atrioventricular block. The electro-physiologic study was important for patients with bradycardia before pacemaker implantation.
