摘 要:通过致死性水淹胁迫处理,对青竹复叶槭叶片的部分生理指标进行了研究.结果表明,在水淹处理前期,活性酶SOD,POD,CAT的活性均呈一定程度的上升趋势,MDA和相对电导率的变化量不明显.随后3种活性酶的活性均持续下降,其中POD最为敏感,下降到活性最大值的41%;MDA迅速积累,为未水淹苗木的1.903倍;相对电导率也增加到2.619 6倍;Pro含量在胁迫过程中持续增加,胁迫末期含量为未水淹时的2.496 5倍.By fatal waterlogging stress, the change of some physiological traits of Acer negundo L. ' Qingzhu' blades was studied. The results showed that during the early stage of the waterlogging, activities of SOD,POD and CAT were increased, and content of MDA and relative conductance showed an unchanged trend. Then, activities of those enzymes decreased. The activity of POD was the most sensitive and dropped to 41% of max. Compared with CK, MDA was accumulated rapidly and increased to 1. 903 times, and relative conductance increased to 2. 619 6 times, and the content of proline increased to 2. 496 5 times by the end of waterlogging stress.
