摘　　要：钢丝绳罐道导向绳套磨损迅速、使用寿命短、更换频繁。本文从系统振动、罐道绳的类型、润滑状态和绳套材料四个方面分析了影响绳套磨损的因素。针对不同的影响因素提出了相应的解决建议。Due to wearing quickly, the service life of the sliding sleeves of a steer-rope gutae is short and consequently they need to be replaced frequently. The factors influencing on wornout of the sleeve are analyzed in the four aspects of the system vibration, type of guide rope, lubrication condition and material properties of the sleeves. Some proposals are offered to solve the problems.
