摘 要:特高压电网在提高输电能力、减小输电线路走廊的同时,也因其高电压所带来的电磁环境问题而引起社会的关注。为了解和掌握我国的特高压电磁环境水平,通过对交流特高压试验线段的电磁环境的测试,得到了我国特高压输变电工程电磁环境的工频电场、无线电干扰和可听噪声的试验数据:在选定的测量路径上,好天气条件下测量得到的工频电场最大值为6.1 kV/m,无线电干扰为53.5 dB(基准值1μV/m),可听噪声为A声级36.4dB。比较测试结果与前期电磁环境科研成果,认为好天气条件下交流特高压试验基地的电磁环境参数可满足环保要求,且与前期科研成果较为一致;但在雨天(毛毛细雨和小雨)条件下,由于线路的金具和导线电晕现象严重,无线电干扰和可听噪声比好天气时明显变大,分别增大约12 dB和10 dB。需要指出的是,由于试验线段投运时间较短,测量场地不是十分理想,合理的测量数据将在大量测试的基础上进一步统计得出。The bulk capacity and relatively smaller ROW is the priority of UHV, while the EM environment caused by the higher voltage was also the focus of the society. The paper measured the EM environment of the test line segment and got the data of the power frequency electric field strength, RI and AN for the UHV project in the country. The measurement results on the given route under fair weather are, the maximum value of power frequency field strength is 6. 1 kV/m, the RI level is 53. 5 dB(1 μV/m is defined as 0 dB), and the AN level is 36.4 dB (A weight), which are compared with the research results, Thereby, the UHV environment in fair weather was proved to be accordance with environmental protection and the prophase study result. But the corona in the rainy weather is much serious, which makes RI and AN about 12 dB or 10 dB higher than fair weather. Finally the paper notes that the proper EM environment parameters should be provided by the statistic of numbers of measurement result, because the time of the test lines segments operation is short and the measurement route is not ideal.
