摘 要:为了配合合肥光源的满能量注入系统升级,分析了传输线型,简化PFN(脉冲形成网络)型和固态感应叠加型等几种用于冲击磁铁的高压大电流脉冲发生器技术和升级需要的冲击磁铁参数。建立了几种脉冲发生技术相应的的基本电路模型,并利用通用电路仿真软件Pspice仿真计算了相关参数,比较分析了各自的技术特点。重点介绍了新型的磁耦合固态感应叠加型脉冲发生器,建立了基于IGBT开关的感应叠加脉冲发生器样机,给出了实验波形。结果表明,感应叠加型脉冲发生器可以满足升级改造的要求,并具有脉冲上升下降时间较快,脉宽可调的特点。The kicker magnet design parameters of HLS full energy injection system upgrade are presented, several types of high voltage and high current pulse generator's circuit topologies for kicker magnets are performed, which are transmission line, simplified PFN (pulse forming network) and solid-state inductive adder type. Three basic equivalent circuit models of pulse generators are established and simulated by computer, their outer parameters are calculated with the universal circuit simulation software program-PSpice. The possibility of using solid-state switches and new magnetic material in high power pulsed modulators is analyzed. An emphasis is put on the new magnetic coupling solid state inductive adder pulse generator. The design of prototype based on IGBT switches, the circuit outline and waveforms of the basic cell circuit are presented. The results reveals that the inductive adder pulse generator meets the HLS injection upgrade demands . The pulse generator can be used for HLS injection system up- grade, and the rise and fall time of the output pulse is fast and the pulse width is able to be adjusted.
