摘  要:目的:对川芎药材不同提取方法所得挥发油的化学成分进行比较分析。方法:联合高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和气质联用色谱法(GC-MS)对提取物进行比较分析。结果:石油醚提取样品的苯酞类化合物种类比水蒸汽蒸馏提取样品的多。水蒸汽蒸馏提取样品不含脂肪酸,脂肪酸酯含量、种类也较少,主要是小分子易挥发的烯萜类成分。石油醚提取挥发油收率是水蒸汽蒸馏提取的2.5倍。结论:不同的提取方法所得样品化学成分有差异,石油醚提取川芎挥发油较好。OBJECTIVE To compare and analyze essential oil of Ligusticum chuanxiong extracted using different method. METHODS Samples were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometer. RESULTS The petroleum ether extracts contained more phthalides than the steam distillation extracts,and the major types of constituents in the steam distillation extracts were alkenes, terpenes as well as a few ester. These results were in good agreement with the earlier publications. The yield by petroleum ether was 2. 5 times as much as that by steam distillation. CONCLUSION The compounds are varied by different extranction methods. The results suggests that extraction of essential oil from Ligusticum chuanxiong by the petroleum ether is more satisfactory.
