摘 要:目的:研究中华跌打丸对小鼠抗疲劳、抗氧化、增强免疫力功能的影响。方法:将昆明小鼠随机分成高、中、低(4,2,1g·kg-1)剂量组和空白对照组,ig给药30d后检测各种指标。结果:高剂量组小鼠游泳时间显著延长(P<0.01),全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力显著增高(P<0.01);高、中剂量组小鼠运动后血清尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.01),血清乳酸含量消除速率明显加快(P<0.05),肝组织GSH-Px活力显著增高(P<0.01),小鼠的肝脏明显增重(P<0.05);低剂量组小鼠单核吞噬细胞的吞噬功能有明显增加(P<0.05);各剂量组血清总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力显著增高(P<0.01),肝组织过氧化脂质丙二醛(MDA)的含量显著降低(P<0.01),小鼠血清溶血素显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:中华跌打丸具有一定的缓解体力疲劳、抗氧化及增强免疫功能的作用。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of anti-fatigue and anti-oxidation function and effect of strengthening immunity on mice treated with Chinese Dieda pills. METHODS KM mice were randomized into 4 groups: high,middle,low dose (4,2,1 g·kg^-1) of Dieda pilula group and control group. All animals were administered orally, After treatment on 30 days. RESULTS High dose of Dieda pillls markedly prolonged swimming time (P〈0.01), Activity of plasma GSH-px was increased (P〈0. 01 ) ; High and middle dose could significantly decresed serum urea nitrogen after swimming (P〈0.01), Serum lactic acid e- liminate rate were accelerated significantly (P〈0.05 ), Activity of GSH-px in hepatic tissue was significantly enhanced (P〈0. 01),Liver weight were increased significantly (P〈0. 05) ;Low dose phagocytosis of the mononuclear phagocyte increased significantly (P〈0. 05);All treated group activity of SOD in serum was elevated significantly and MDA was markedly de creased (P〈0. 01) ,the serum hemolysin was increase markedly (P〈0. 05). CONCLUSION Chinese Dieda pills have the prop erties of anti-fatigue, anti-oxidation and strengthening immunity.
