摘 要:采用SBR-絮凝工艺对奶牛场废水CODCr进行处理,研究曝气时间、有机负荷、沉淀时间、污泥浓度以及絮凝剂种类、用量等因素对SBR-絮凝工艺处理效果的影响。结果表明:进水CODCr在500-3000mg/L、曝气6h、沉淀60min、污泥浓度2500mg/L左右时,SBR运行稳定,CODCr去除率达80%以上;以聚合AlCl3作絮凝剂对SBR出水进行絮凝,CODCr去除率达84%,出水CODCr含量达到排放标准。A process of SBR-flocculation was adopted to treat the cow wastewater in this experiment. The effect of aeration time,organic loading,sedimentation time,MLSS concentration and the dose of coagulant,effect of the coagulant on the process of SBR-coagulation were investigated. Results showed that the CODCr removal rate was above 80% when the inflow CODer ranged from 500 mg/L to 3 000 mg/L, aeration time 6 h,sedimentation time 60 min and MLSS concentration at 2 500 mg/L. No obvious effect on the SBR reactor was found. When poly aluminium chloride was used as the coagulant to remove the CODCr of the effluent of SBR furthermore, CODCr removal rate reached 84% and the concentration of CODCr met the country's discharge standard.
