摘 要:采用线性极化、电化学交流阻抗等方法研究了冷轧钢板的耐蚀性能,同时使用线性扫描伏安法获得了冷轧钢板表面氧化物的种类及还原电位,分析了其与冷轧钢板耐蚀性能之间的关系.结果表明:采用线性极化和电化学阻抗法对冷轧钢板耐蚀性评价与大气挂片实验结果吻合;冷轧钢板表面的耐蚀性能与其表面的颗粒氧化物还原电位相关,还原电位越负,耐蚀性能越差.同时还探讨了冷轧钢板的锈蚀机理.The corrosion resistance of cold-rolled steel sheet was studied by electrochemical tests including linear polarization( LP)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS). The reduction potential of the oxides formed on the surface of cold-rolled steel sheet during the annealing process was measured by using linear sweep vohammetry (LSV). The relationship between reduction potential of the oxides and the corrosion resistance of cold-rolled steel sheet was revealed. It is shown that the corrosion resistance determinated by electrochemical tests agrees well with the rsuhs by atmospherical exposure. The corrosion resistance of cold-rolled steel sheet depends on the reduction potential of the oxides on the surface. A more negative reduction potential leads to a poor corrosion resistance. The mechanism of rusting and corrosion was discussed as well.
