摘  要:采用磷酸和氟化钾为前处理酸洗液配方,以碱式碳酸镍为主盐,研究了AZ91D镁合金表面直接化学镀镍工艺。结果表明:得到的Ni-P镀层均匀、致密、无明显缺陷,其平均沉积速度约为0.3μm/min;显微硬度值为达到4.8 GPa,磷含量为8.56 mass%。前处理过程中的酸洗步骤使镁合金基体产生粗糙的表面,从而改善了镀层和基体之间机械咬合的作用,增加了镀层的结合力.Using H3PO4 + KF for acid pickle pretreatment and 2NiCO3·3Ni( OH)2·4H2O as the main salt for electroless plating,direct electroless Ni-P plating on AZ91D magnesium alloy from a plating bath containing nickel carbonate was investigated. The morphology and microstructure of the electroless Ni-P coating were studied by using SEM. The electroless Ni-P coating was compact and non obvious defects. The micro-hardness of Ni-P coatings were 400 HV -500 HV and the phosphorus content of this coating was about 8.56 wt. %. The deposition rate of the electroless Ni-P alloy was about 0. 3 μm/min. The acid pickle pretreatment on the AZ91D magnesium alloy substrate provides surface pits to act as sites for mechanical interlocking to improve adhesion of the coating.
