摘　　要：气体静压球轴承在试制阶段其储气罐和钢球发生了大面积腐蚀.运用腐蚀原理对气罐和钢球的腐蚀形貌进行了分析,采用表面镀锌处理、对压缩空气增加冷干机除湿并加入少量油雾建立防腐油膜等措施,解决了空气静压球轴承的防腐蚀问题.During the processing of an all-direction aerostatic ball bearing, corrosion in great areas of the tank and severe corrosion of the steel ball occurred. An analysis of the morphology of the corroded area lead to improvements of processing techniques in aspects as adopting surface galvanization, applying refrigerated air dryer for compressed air, and setting up a film of oil by blending small amount of oil mist into compressed air, thus solving the problem of corrosion of the all-direction aerostatic ball bearing.
