摘　　要：首先,分析了面向服务环境下业务过程(SOBP)性能评价的新需求,并从业务与IT两个层面指出了现有评价方法的片面性;然后从业务、应用系统和IT基础设施三个层次提出了SOBP的性能度量指标及其基于AHP和系统仿真的性能综合评价方法;最后通过一个案例验证了该方法的正确性、可行性及其在服务选择和性能评价方面的全面性。This paper pointed out requirements for the performance evaluation of service-oriented business process （SOBP） and the unilateralism of existing performance evaluation methods from the business and IT aspects. To solve this problem, proposed the performance metrics of SOBP at three levels, shuch as business, application system, and IT infrastructure levels. Then developed the performance calculation algorithm based on AHP and system simulation in detail. Finally, proved the correctness and operability of the method and its comprehensiveness for service selection and performance evaluation by a case.
