摘  要:通过试验考察和分析了MUCT工艺中TTC-ETS和INT-ETS活性的沿程变化规律。结果表明:沿着反应器长度方向的TTC-ETS和INT-ETS活性整体上呈逐渐降低的趋势,但在缺氧区2内由于同时发生了反硝化吸磷和传统反硝化反应而有所上升;TTC-ETS和INT-ETS活性与厌氧释磷、好氧吸磷、硝化和反硝化反应呈显著相关。这为表征活性污泥处理系统的生物活性提供了一种很好的方法。The typical variation rule of TTC-ETS and INT-ETS activities along the different reaction zones of MUTC process were investigated and analyzed by experiment. The results indicate that the TTC-ETS and INT-ETS activities totally have a gradual decrease along the reactor, but show a certain increase due to the biochemical reaction of DPB and conventional denitrifying bacteria in the anoxic zone 2. The TTC-ETS and INT-ETS activities have a significant correlation with anaerobic phosphorus release, aerobic phosphorus uptake, nitrification and denitrification processes. All these provide a better method for characterizing microbial activity of activated sludge in treatment process.
