摘  要:采用厌氧/好氧膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺处理模拟染料废水,向MBR中投加了沸石,考察了沸石投加量对膜过滤阻力和脱色率的影响。结果表明,在出水流量为12 L/h、MLSS为4 g/L的条件下,投加沸石不但可以减小膜过滤阻力,而且还可以提高系统的脱色率;减小膜过滤阻力的最佳沸石投量为500 mg/L,提高系统对染料废水脱色率的最佳沸石投量为1 000 mg/L。Anaerobic/aerobic membrane bioreactor (MBR) process was applied for simulated dyeing wastewater treatment. The zeolite was added into MBR, and the influence of zeolite dosage on membrane filtration resistance and decolorizing effect were investigated. The results show that at the condition of the effluent flow of 12 L/h and MLSS of 4 g/L, adding zeolite can reduce the membrane filtration resistance and improve the decolorizing rate of the system. The best zeolite dosage for reducing the membrane filtration resistance is 500 mg/L and the best zeolite dosage for improving the decolorizing rate of the system is 1 000 mg/L.
