摘  要:研究了4种不同共混工艺对 PP/POE/SiO_2三元复合体系韧性的影响。通过不同的加料顺序和挤出次数对PP、POE、SiO_2进行熔融共混后挤出注塑,并对其进行力学性能测试和 SEM 观察。研究结果表明:二次挤出工艺比一次挤出工艺得到的共混物的韧性好。形成"核壳"结构界面的材料的韧性最高。不同共混工艺下,POE/SiO_2先挤出,再与 PP 挤出,注塑得到的共混物的冲击强度最高;其次是 PP/SiO_2挤出,再与 POE 挤出,注塑得到的共混物;再次是 PP/POE 挤出,再与 SiO_2挤出,注塑得到的共混物;最后是 PP/POE/SiO_2一起挤出,注塑得到的共混物。Influence of blending procedure on the toughness of PP/POE/SiO2 composites was studied. The samples were obtained through injection molding after extrusion blending of different procedures: (i) POE and SiO2 were blended first and the mixture blended with PP; (ii) PP and SlOe were blended first and the mixture blended with POE; (iii) POE and PP were blended first and the mixture was blended with SlOe; (iv) the three components were blended at the same time. The toughness of the composites was in the order (i) 〉 (ii) 〉 (iii) 〉 (iv). If a composite was extrusion blended one more time, better toughness was obtained.
