摘  要:钢丝缠绕增强塑料复合管(PSP)外压失稳试验研究提出了 PSP 外液压试验装置和试验方法,并进行了 PSP瞬时临界失稳压力和长时蠕变失稳压力的测量。为了进一步理解 PSP 的失稳现象和失稳的力学机理,提出了一个PSP 失稳压力预测力学模型,将 PSP 简化为四层正交各向异性层合管,用回字形模型推导出复合层弹性常数,根据唐奈扁壳理论建立 PSP 瞬时失稳临界压力力学模型。理论结果与试验值吻合较好,表明给出的计算模型可以较好预测复合管的失稳临界压力。进一步分析 PSP 设计参数与临界压力的关系,提出提高 PSP 失稳临界压力的措施。最后对 PSP 持久临界失稳压力进行了估算。The short-term buckling critical pressure and long-term buckling creep pressure were measured according to previously proposed methods. In order to understand the mechanisms of the buckling of PSP, a model was formulated to predict the buckling critical pressure. PSP was simplified as orthotropic laminated cylinder shell, and elastic parameters of single layers were estimated based on rectangle model. Short-term buckling critical pressure was deduced from Donnell shell theory. Theoretical prediction on short-term buckling critical pressure agreed well with experimental data. Relationship between structure parameters and critical pressure were analyzed and measures to improve the critical pressure were proposed.
