摘 要:有杆抽油系统的井口盘根密封性能与密封面的接触压力分布和大小密切相关,研究其规律至关重要。通过系统接触有限元分析方法,用ANSYS参数化设计语言编写了盘根密封有限元分析的命令流程序,研究了不同参数值下的密封压力分布。结果表明,密封面上的压力分布呈驼峰形式,盘根变形存在"向心"效应等,与试验结果一致;盘根与光杆的间隙增加会导致密封效果降低;盘根的轴向尺寸增加将导致密封效果先降低然后增加,因此必须优选该尺寸;盘根径向尺寸的增加会导致密封效果下降,应合理选择。The packing sealing performance of the well head is closely related with the contact pressure, size and distribution in the sucker rod system, so it is important to study the rules of the contact pressure in the sealed face. The order flow procedures by the ANSYS Parametric Design Language of the Finite Element Methods were compiled in this article. The distribution of the sealing contact pressure in the different values of the parameters was carried out. The results show the rules that the contact pressure on the seal face is hump shape and there is a centripetal effect in the packing distortion conformed to the results of experiment. When the gap between the packing and the rod increased, the seal effect would be reduced. The increase of the axis-dimension of the packing will lead to the seal effect to reduce at first, and then increase. So the dimension should be chose carefully. Because the increase of the radial-dimension of the packing lead to the seal effect to reduce, the dimension should be chose reasonably.
