摘  要:针对钻井泵阀冲蚀磨损严重的特点,利用FLUENT软件对钻井泵阀隙内流场分布进行了仿真计算,得到阀隙流场在某一时刻泥浆流速的分布规律。结合钻井泵阀的失效机理,通过对计算结果中泥浆流速的分析表明,阀盘两底角处速度最大,是该处密封圈容易被撕裂造成泄漏的主要原因;当锥阀下底面直径一定时,锥阀阀盘锥角的增加可以改善泵阀密封圈与泥浆的磨损状态。该结论与实际相吻合,对泵阀的优化设计及延长泵阀使用寿命有重要的指导意义。In view of the characteristic of severe erosion and abrasion in the drilling pump valve, the flow field of the play of it by FLUENT was simulated and computed in this paper. The distributed rule of the flow velocity of the slurry at a certain moment is shown. By analyzing the flow velocity from the simulated result and the failure mechanism of the drilling pump valve, it is concluded that the velocity reaches the maximum at the bottom angle of the valve, which explains the main reason to the tearing which creates leakage on the seal ring at this place. It is found that when the diameter of the bottom surface of the valve is invariable, by increasing the cone-angle, the abrasion between the seal ring and slurry is reduced effectively. The conclusion coincides with the reality, and is beneficial to the optimizing designing and extension of the service life for the pump valve.
