摘 要:随着三次采油的广泛应用,大庆油田采出污水处理问题越来越突出。通过诱导浮选及微动力过滤现场试验,优化了运行操作参数,当诱导射流气浮选处理量4 000 m^3/d,回流比40%,聚合氯化铝絮凝剂投加质量浓度20 mg/L,污水有效停留时间15 min时,油去除率达70.6%。当微动力过滤器处理量800 m^3/d时,在排水压力为0.3 MPa的条件下,投加聚合氯化铝絮凝剂10 mg/L,其出水达到了中渗透率油层回注水水质指标。A study on the treatment of oil-bearing wastewater by induced gas floatation and micro-power filter has been carried out and the operating parameters have been optimized through experiments. The experimental results show that when the volume of wastewater to be treated by using induced gas floatation is 4 000 m^3/d, the reflux ratio is 40%, the dosage of PAC is 20 mg/L, and the wastewater retention time is 15 min, the oil removal rate is 70.6%. When the volume of it is 800 m^3/d by using the micro-power filter, the water discharging pressure is 0.3 MPa,and the dosage of PAC is 10 mg/L,the effluent could reach the reinjected water quality indexes of the middle saturated oil stratum.
