高职数控技术实训基地建设模式研究

摘　　要：实训教学是体现高等职业技术教育应用型技术人才培养特色不可缺少的教学环节,本文以湖南工业职业技术学院为例,对数控实训基地的功能、建设目标进行了分析与探讨;在实践教学中营造真实的职业环境;加大投资力度,建设校内实训中心,建立相对稳定的校外实训基地;健全实训基地管理模式,加强"双师型"实训教师队伍建设和实训教学的教材建设,探讨了实训基地建设和发展的途径;并提出了具体的实施方案。That trains teaching is that the talented person applying the type technology trains essential teaching of characteristic a link embody advanced vocational and technical education, the target has carried out analysis and investigation and discussion on numerical control reality model base function; Build the true occupation environment in practice teaching; enlarge the base investing in dynamics, building the school inner reality model center, building the relatively stable outside the school reality model; approach building and developing the reality model base having built, discussing the teaching material reinforcing ＂pair of teacher type＂ reality model teaching staff team building and reality model teaching; and have submitted the concrete implementation plan.
