摘　　要：《毛诗》晚出,这已是诗经史上不争的事实。但《毛诗序》、《毛传》晚出于何时?晚出的原因何在?证据是否确凿?这些问题均未得到深入的研究。为此,本文拟对《毛诗序》、《毛传》与《礼记》、《史记》与三家诗的关系,对《毛诗》学派的发展流程作较为全面的考察。It is a fact that Mao＇ s poetry is appeared late, in the history of studying about the Book of poetry. But , what was the time , the preface of Mao＇ s poetry ？ why ？ The evidence is adequate or not？ These questions were not discussed deeply. Therefore , the treatise analyses the relation between Mao Zhuan and Li Ji, Historical records, the relation between the preface of Mao＇ s poetry , Mao Zhuan , and Qi Shi, Lu Shi , Han Shi. The treatise inspects the process of development about Mao＇ poetry.
