摘　　要：为体育无形资产设立全面而牢固的法律保障,是市场经济、知识经济条件下和依法治国、依法治体进程中推进体育无形资产和体育产业发展的内在要求,对于扩大体育领域的劳动保护、优化体育资源的配置、实现各方体育利益的协调平衡、构建公平有序的体育市场格局、促进和谐体育与和谐社会的建设等,无不有着重要的意义。为此,应从多方面采取积极能动的法制工作对策,系统加强和努力实现对体育无形资产的法律保护。Legal guaranty in immaterial assets in sport is the inner demand in the developmental process of immaterial assets and sport industry under the market economy, knowledge economy and legally management in sport. And the legal guaranty can broaden the labour protection in sport, perfect sport resource, balance the sport interest, establish the fair sport market and promote the harmony in sport. We should adopt actively legality from different aspects, and reinforce the legal protection of immaterial asset in sport.
