摘　　要：某发生事故的尿塔为多层包扎式筒体,经过金相组织检查、晶粒度测定和循环变形分析,认为环焊缝存有焊接缺陷,在交变应力作用下,焊接缺陷会萌生裂纹,并最终导致尿塔断裂失效。In order to study a broken urea synthetic tower which had multilayer warping cylinder, the paper checked its metallurgical structure, measured its grain size, and analyzed the cyclic deformation. The result shows that the ring weld has weld defects and under alternating stress it will crack, which will finally cause breaking of the urea synthetic tower.
