泽兰实蝇生殖行为的研究

摘　　要：对泽兰实蝇的生殖行为研究结果表明：该虫一般在17：00～18．00时交配，16：00～17：00时产卵，雌、雄成虫可多次交配。雌成虫有多次产卵行为，卵为聚产，室内条件下单雌产卵量为（110.8±9．47）粒，室外单雌产卵量为（147.6±5.05）粒。雌成虫随交配次数的增多，其产卵量增大、产卵历期和成虫寿命延长，并存在显著的直线相关性。对虫瘿的室内观察及解剖发现，泽兰实蝇蛹有2种寄生蜂，其寄生率平均为22．7％，最高达到100％。Reproductive behavior of crofton weed gall fly （ Procecidochares utilis Stone） was studied. The results showed that the insect usually mated at 17：00-18：00 and laid eggs at 16：00-17：00. Multiple mating behavior occurred during the lifetime of the female and male. Female adults had many times oviposition behavior; eggs were laid in masses and each female adult contained （110.8 ± 9.47） eggs in the laboratory, but （ 147.6 ± 5.05） eggs in the field. With the increase of the number of mating, fecundity, oviposition period, and female longevity increased by a linear relationship. There were 2 species of pupae parasitical wasps by observing and dissecting the gall in laboratory, and there was 22.7 % average ratio on crofton weed gall fly, the maximum reached 100%.
