摘  要:将卡拉白鱼分别在NaHCO3质量浓度为0,0.5,1,2,3,4,5g/L的水体中饲养30d,观察其对生长及渗透调节相关指标的影响。结果表明:碱度7.63~21.46mmol/L(T0.5~T2)组相对增重率和相对增长率较对照组均有增高趋势,其中碱度7.63mmol/L(T0.5)组相对增重率和相对增长率均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);血清渗透压、血清离子和鳃丝线粒体Na^+,K^+-ATP酶与对照组相比无显著变化,仅T2组血清Mg^2+浓度较对照组升高;碱度29.64mmol/L(T3)组虽然生长良好,但血清Mg^2+、PO4^3-和Cl^-浓度以及血清皮质醇较对照鱼差异显著(P〈0.05);碱度40.78mmol/L(T4)组相对增重率和相对增长率均低于对照组,鱼生长受到抑制,但成活率仍为100%,鳃丝线粒体Na^2+,K^+-ATP酶、血清渗透压和血清Na^+、Mg^2+、PO4^3-、Cl^-、K^+浓度低于对照组(P〈0.05);碱度49.26mmol/L(T5)组鱼于试验4d后全部死亡。Chalcalburnus chalcoides aralensis were exposed to different concentrations of NaHCO3 ranging from 0,0.5,1,2,3,4,5 g/L respectively, then their growth, serum ion and mitochondrial Na^+ ,K^+ -ATPase from gill were examined after 30 d experiment. Difference in growth and survival rate was observed between control and Chalcalburnus chalcoides aralensis exposed to NaHCO3. An increase in relative weight gain and relative increase gain rate were observed in T0.5-T2 NaHCO3-treated groups, however, only T0.5 group (alkalinity 7.63 mmol/L) significantly increased( P 〈 0.05). The relative weight gain rate of T0.5 group(27.59%) was higher than control(15.41% ). The relative increase gain rate of T0.5 group(21.91 % ) was higher than control( 1.62% ). No difference in activity of mitochondrial Na^+ , K^+- ATPase from gill, serum osmolarity, serum Na^+ , PO4^3- , Cl^- and K^+ ion between control and Chalcalburnus chalcoides aralensis exposed to T0.5-T2 group (alkalinity 7.63-21.46 mmol/L) was observed. However, there was significant change in the concentration of serum Mg^2+ of T2 group (alkalinity 21.46 mmol/L). A significant change ( P 〈 0.05) in part of serum ion, and serum cortisol between control and Chalcalburnus chalcoides aralensis exposed to Ts group (alkalinity 29.64 mmol/L) was observed. But the growth offish from T3 group (alkalinity 29.64 mmol/L) was perfect.The relative weight gain rate of Ta group( 11.9% ) was lower than control( 15.41% ). The relative increase gain rate of Ta group ( 1.11% ) was lower than control(1.62% ). The growth of fish from Ta group (alkalinity 40.78 mmol/L) was restricted. However, survival rate of Ta group (alkalinity 40.78 mmol/L) was 100%. A significant decrease( P 〈 0.05) in activity of mitochondrial Na^+, K^+-ATPase from gill, serum osmolarity, serum Na^+ , Mg^2+ , PO4^3- , Cl^- and K^+ ion concentrations between control and Chalcalburnus chalcoides aralensis exposed to Ta group (
