神经外科手术体位改进的研究

摘　　要：对神经外科手术病人手术体位进行改进的目的，是提高手术室护士对显微手术的配合能力及配合质量，满足手术者操作的需要，减少皮肤损伤。结果表明：改进后的皮肤损伤较改进前减少了67．25％，降低了手术并发症的发生率。The patients posture for nervessurgery operation was improved in order to convenient to microsurgery prosedure and offer cooperation further better for operators, as well as to decrease possibility of skininjury. The results indicated that emergene of skin in injury in improved posture decreased 67. 25% comparedwith that before and complications reduced significantly.
