摘　　要：测量城市对农村剩余劳动力的容纳能力对于优化农民工的社保覆盖体系有着重要的意义。论文回顾了研究人口容量的相关成果,并对其中的产业分析模型和土地承载力分析模型进行了改进,使其运用于研究城市对农村剩余劳动力的容纳能力。最后,提出了关于这项指标的启示和应用,期望为政府完善就业政策提供依据和借鉴。The essay discussed the special function of the urban load capacity toward improving the security system, which is designed for rural migrant labor. Then, The article reviewed the domestic and foreign research results. Two Mathematic models regarding the rural surplus labor force, that is the analysis to the industry branch and the bearing capacity of the ground, had been improved at the same time. At last, it proposed several suggestions about how to use the load capacity.
