高效毛细管电泳法测定复方感冒制剂的研究

摘　　要：以茶碱为内标，建立了用毛细管电泳法测定复方感冒制剂中的扑热息痛、盐酸伪麻黄碱、氢溴酸美沙芬、马来酸扑尔敏、苯甲酸钠含量的方法。选用磷酸二氢钾—硼砂缓冲液（ｐＨ＝８．５±０．２）作为电泳电解液，优化选择了各个仪器分析参数及实验条件。本方法的精密度、线性关系、回收率均良好，分析方法较常规的ＨＰＬＣ方法简便、快速、经济。用于测定泰诺系列样品，结果较为满意。A HPCE analysis method,using theophylline as internal standard,has been developed to determine acetaminophen,pseudoephedrine hydrochloride,dextromethorphan hydrobromide,chlorpheniramine maleate,sodium benzoate in compound cold preparations.The optimum conditions for the instrument and for the method were established.The precision,linear relationship and recovery of this method are good respectively.Compared with HPLC method,the proposed method is faster,more convenient and economical.It has been applied to assay Tylon series samples with satisfactory results.
