摘  要:测定了大鼠游泳60min和180min后血清、肌肉和肝组织亚细胞组分中脂质过氧化反应产物丙二醛的含量.结果发现,游泳60min后,大鼠血清、肌肉和肝细胞线粒体和微粒体中的丙二醛含量显著高于安静对照组和实验对照组,肌肉和肝细胞胞浆中的丙二醛含量在运动前后无显著性差异.游泳至180min时,上述组分中的丙二醛含量均进一步增加.表明一定时间的游泳运动使脂质过氧化代谢产物增多,这可能是导致运动能力下降、运动性损伤和疲劳的原因之一.The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) in plasma, subcellular fractions of hepatocytes and gastroonemius cells were investiagated after forcing rats to swim. The results showed that the MDA contents were significantly increased by one hour or three hours of swimming in plasma,gastroonemius mitochondria and microsome, as well as in hepatic mitochondria and microsome; and that of gastroonemius and liver cytosolic fractions were also significantly increased after three hours of swimming.These data indicate that a certain time of swimming can impose on free radical metabolism.
