助跑速度与跳远成绩的相关性研究

摘　　要：对20名跳远运动员进行2年的跳远助跑速度对比训练,通过"木桶模型"和"积木模型"分析运动员的竞技能力和特长,最后通过实验与比较得出了一定的结果,证明了对跳远运动员进行专门的助跑速度训练对跳远成绩有很大影响.Based on two years＇ technical training of 20 long jump athletes from Nanyang Normal University, this article analyzes their sports ability and strong suit by the theories of cask mode and toy bricks mode. After some training of speed of running-up of long jump, through validation and comparison, the author concludes that specific training of speed of running-up produces gteat influence on the grade of long jump.
