摘　　要：最低工资是职工群众切身利益的重要保障,是党和国家制定政策的一项重要内容。如何适应经济社会发展,科学合理地制定最低工资标准,需要我们认真分析当前存在的问题,以从维护职工群众的合法权益、维护改革发展稳定的大局出发,从立法和实际工作相结合的角度,建立和完善最低工资制度。The minimum wage is an important guarantee of vital interests of workers and staff and an important part of policies of the Party and the state.How to set down the standard of minimum wage rationally and scientifically according to economic and social development,it is an issue needs us to analyse.We should protect legal rights and interests of workers and staff and protect the overall situation of reform and development,set up and improve the system of minimum wage from the angle of combining legislation with practices.
