国际经贸专业《国际商法》课程的双语教学

摘　　要：入世后,我国对熟悉国内外贸易法规和惯例的外贸人才的需求剧增,这对国际经贸专业的《国际商法》课程教学提出了较高要求。根据国际商法课程自身的特点与国际经贸专业人才培养目标,论证了当前在国际经贸专业实行国际商法双语教学的必要性,并且为保证双语教学的顺利进行,从教学模式、教材选择、相关课程配套衔接、教学环节、教学方法、师资队伍建设等方面提出了具体措施和建议。After entering WTO, our country requires a large number of business personnels who are familiar with regulations and customs on international business, which lodges a higher request for the teaching of international business law in the specialty of international business. According to the characteristic of international business law and the goal of education on international business specialty, this essay points out the necessity of bilingual teaching in the subject of international business law. It also puts forward some measures or advice on the teaching modes, the choice of textbook, the linking-up of related subjects, the teaching procedures, the teaching measures and the construction of teachers for the course.
