摘  要:目的:观察穿心莲成分API0134预防用药对动脉粥样硬化(AS)家兔血清一氧化氮(NO),血浆内皮素(ET)、环鸟苷酸(cGMP)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法:采用高胆固醇饲料喂饲另加牛血清白蛋白一次注射方法,建立家兔AS模型,随机分为对照组,模型组和API0134用药组,各组在实验第4周和第8周取血标本测定上述参数。结果:与模型组比较,穿心莲成分API0134预防用药4周及8周,均能提高NO、cGMP含量和SOD活性(P<0.01),降低ET和LPO含量(P<0.01)。结论:API0134具有抗氧化、保护内皮功能和维持NO/ET平衡的作用。To observe the effects of Andrographis Paniculata component(API0134) on nitric oxide(NO), endothelin (ET), cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP), lipid peroxide (LPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) inexperimental atherosclerotic rabbit. Mathods: An atherosclerotic rabbit model was established by feeding highcholesterol diet supplemented by bovine serum albumin injection bolus. The rabbits were randomly divided into thecontrol, model, and API0134 treated group. Blood samples were collected before 4 weeks and 8 weeks after releventtreatment. Results: Before 4 and after 8 weeks API0134 administration, compared with model group, the NO, cGMPand activity of SOD increased (P<0.01), while LPO and ET decreased(P<0.01). Conclusions: API0134 possessesthe effects of antioxidation, preseting endothelial function,and maintaining the balance of NO/ET.
