摘　　要：MMS的ASN.1编解码是实现IEC61850通信的关键,各公司的MMS软件包售价昂贵。在介绍相关规范的基础上,利用开源的ASN.1编译器,设计实现了IEC61850 MMS编解码库,着重强调了实现细节的关键问题。并以具体的解码实例为例说明了编解码库的使用及测试方法,验证了解码工作的正确性。最后,提出了一个实现IEC61850MMS通信的高性价比解决方案。The realization of MMS ASN. 1 encoder/decoder is the key of IEC 61850 communication, so the MMS software package from different companies is sold very expensively, Based on the presentation of correlative specification, using open source ASN.1 compiler, this paper designs a IEC 61850 MMS encoder/decoder library. And the key issue about the detail is emphasized. Using an instance of decoding, the method of using and testing this library is explained, and the decoding result is verfied to be correct. Finally, a solving scheme with higher performance is put forward for IEC 61850 MMS communication.
