摘 要:长春现代农博园展馆屋面采用预应力张弦结构。采用MIDAS有限元分析软件对张拉过程进行精确的施工仿真模拟计算并确定张拉方案。张拉时遵循分级分步对称张拉的原则,以保证张拉时结构的平面外稳定。并介绍放索、挂索、张拉工装和同步张拉的预应力施工工艺。同时采用振弦式应变计进行钢结构的应力监测。实践表明张弦梁的仿真模拟计算为施工过程提供了理论依据。Prestressed string structure was used in Modem Agriculture Exhibition Center of Changchun city. Accurate simulating calculation was done by MIDAS software and tension scheme was designed. The cables were symmetric tensioned by degrees, by steps to ensure stability out of plane. Construction technology for relaxing cable, hanging cable, tension equipment and synchronous tension were introduced and steel structure stress was monitored by vibrational chord strain gauge. Practice shows that simulating calculation provide theoretical basis for construction process.
