摘　　要：介绍了与1×7-21.6钢绞线配套的QMV22系列钢绞线张拉锚固体系的研制开发。描述钢绞线相关参数和QMV22锚具构成,并按照现场布筋施工的两种方法,进行试验对比分析。试验表明两种穿筋的方法都能顺利的将钢绞线穿入波纹管,且21.6的钢绞线可满足正常曲线布筋的要求。实践表明21.6的钢绞线有利于简化锚固配筋构造、降低材料和人工消耗,方便施工。Research and manufacture of type QMV 22 prestressed anchoring system matching for 1 × 7- 21.6 steel strand were introduced. The parameters of steel strand and the component of type QMV 22 anchor were showed. The test and analysis about two kind of on-site reinforcement methods show the two methods can make steel strand through corrugated pipe successfully and 421.6 steel strand satisfies demands of normal curve laying bar. 421.6 steel strand can simplify anchorage reinforcement construction, save material and manhours, make construction easily.
