摘  要:中关村文化商厦采用平面单层索网结构,索网预应力的控制是玻璃幕墙施工的关键。运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,考虑玻璃幕墙的安装要求及索张拉对整个结构的影响,首先张拉竖向索,再安装索的卡具,最后张拉横向索。并详细阐述了竖向索通过位移控制、索测力仪校验以及横向索张拉过程通过千斤顶配套的油表读数控制、振弦法校验的施工方法,确保了玻璃幕墙施工的顺利进行和施工质量达到相应规范要求。Plane single cable net was adopted in Zhongguancun Culture Plaza, and cable net stress control was the key points of glass curtain wall construction. Based on analysis of ANSYS software, reasonable tension order was made according to installation requirements and cable tension influence on the whole structure, at first vertical cables were tensioned at first, and then fixtures were installed, at last transverse cables were tensioned. The smooth construction of glass curtain wall and construction quality are ensured by some methods, such as displacement control and dynamometer veffication of vertical cables, reading data control by oil meter matching with jack and string resonance method verification of transverse cables.
