摘 要:采用化学氧化聚合法合成了不同有机磺酸掺杂的聚苯胺(PAn),采用傅里叶红外光谱和TG-DTA技术对PAn掺杂前后的结构变化和热稳定性进行了分析。研究了不同质子酸掺杂对PAn气敏性能的影响。结果表明,有机磺酸掺杂的PAn比PAn-HCl对目标气体具有更好的灵敏性,其中结果最好的PAn-SSA在室温下对1000ppm(10-6)NH3的灵敏度达到了15.47,而且响应恢复时间短。测试了不同酸掺杂PAn灵敏度的长期稳定性,结合TG-DTA的分析结果表明,与PAn-HCl相比,有机磺酸掺杂的PAn具有更好的环境稳定性。Aniline was oxidized in different sulfonic acidic aqueous for the synthesis of polyaniline. By means of FTIR spectra and TG-DTA, the structural changes and thermal stability of intrinsic and doped polyaniline were measured. The influence of the doped acid on the polyaniline sensitivity was also investigated, the results revealed that the gas sensors based on organic sulfonic acid doped polyaniline had better sensitivity than PAn-HCl, especially the sensitivity of PAn-SSA to 1000ppm NH3 reached 15.47. Long-term stability of sensitivity of acid doped polyaniline were also investagated, combine with the analysis result of TG-DTA, it can be concluded that organic sulfonic acid doped polyaniline had better environmental stability.
